Yes, the muscles are clearly moving. You can even see her right butt cheek bunch up as she steps forward on her left leg. That is a real creature, and not a anyone is a suit.
p.s. Does she have a vestigial tail? There looks to be something at the end of her spine. I can see her sacrum. It looks very large and well defined compared to a human’s, but there also appears to be something else there, like a very small tail.
